The Td5 hub nut is a single shot nut with collapsible collar that when tightened you hit to flatten the edge to compress to the the flat of the stub axle .
The torque (210Nm) is important as it sets the end float on the bearings against the spacer on the inside of the hub. It is also important to pack both the bearings with grease and half fill the hub itself with grease as this is the only lubrication the bearings get.
We have a modified hub nut spanner which has a socket welded into the center allowing us to tighten the nuts to the correct torque.
If you don't have access to this then all I can say is 210Nm is a lot of force on a normal hub nut spanner and you will have to use a long bar to get the required force.
