hallo allemaal,
Ik heb afgelopen woensdag de landrover sport hsc uit 2006 gekocht.
Helemaal blij, alleen net bij het uitstappen drukte ik via de sleutel om de deuren te sluiten.
EN hoorde ik opeens een toeter geluidje met sluiten. Dit was al nieuw want voorheen hoorde ik geen geluidje bij deur sluiten.
Maar nu gaat er dus steeds een alarm af.
Wie o wie weet wat ik moet doen? Ik heb nu de auto maar even niet op slot staan.
De boekjes die ik heb bijgeleverd zijn in het duits.

... most common problem on the RRS and also Discovery 3 and 4 is that the bonnet switch on the right hand side of the vehicle (left as you look from the front) fails and this then causes a mislock when you press the remote (the beep from the horn) and also the alarm will go off spontaneously from time to time as it thinks the bonnet has been opened. You should also have a message on the dashboard display that says "BONNET OPEN".
You can try cleaning the microswitch with brake cleaner however the problem will return, Land Rover addressed this issue by creating a new bonnet latch with integrated swich, the details can be found in Technical Bulletin LTB00626v2.

The other problem could be that one of the door locks has failed and that one of your doors is not actually locked even though you think it is. The best way to check this is to go round the vehicle with it locked and try opening one of the doors.
