On the down side, by removing Fuse 12P your Discovery will fail the APK
As the Alarm is not a separate unit and is actually a part of the Central Junction Box (CJB) then disableing it is not an option and neither is disabling it via the Car Configuration File (CCF) with SDD as you are then changing the as-built data and Land Rover do not allow that.
