ik heb ook het zelfde probleem gehad, dan wel op een 300tdi. vanalles aan gedaan, injector cleaner. uiteindelijke nieuwe injectoren, nieuwe olie nieuwe filters...

maar het terug draaien van de brandstof pomp was uiteindelijk de oplossing. Hij stond veel te rijk. Ik weet niet of je dat op jouw 81'er ook zo kan terug schroeven, maar dat is uiteindelijk wel zeer makkelijk om te doen.

en inderdaad een uurtje warm rijden van tevoren.

So you can wind the pump back as far as it goes anticlockwise to reduce the amount of fuel being burnt, you can open the airway as much as you can.

But I would be looking at the underlying cause. Does your 109 have a vacuum pump or does it use the stupid butterfly valve on the inlet manifold? If it has the valve then this could be sticking and causing over fueling. Old and worn injectors give problems (throw 2 bottles of injector cleaner down the pipe as a temp solution)
