... oh dear, your year has started badly <img class="smilies" src="https://forum.lrch.nl/images/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif" alt=":(" title="Verdrietig" /> <br /><br />Having done the job a number of times I would prefer to have my testicles slowly tightened in a rusty bankschroef than replace it, but these are the instructions.<br /><br />There are 2 brackets each side that need to be undone and are held on with M6 (8mm heads) bolts.<br /><br />The centre section is held with a bracket that goes through the bellhousing with a couple of  M8 (10mm head) <br /><br />The bolts that hold the pipe to the manifolds are a total bitch to remove and there is a good chance that you'll snap them too.<br /><br />Once you have everything undone then you will find that it is impossible to remove the pipe as there is no space between the bulkhead and the bell housing to get it out.<br /><br />Now it gets interesting. <br /><br />You can either jack up the engine or lower the gear box the choice is yours ... <br /><br />Neither work successfully but it gives you a warm fuzzy feeling that you are actually doing something useful.<br /><br />Eventually it comes out ... <br /><br />... but actually it's easier to take the body off and less time consuming.<br /><br />Have Fun <br /><br />Rob<p>Statistieken: Geplaatst door <a href="https://forum.lrch.nl/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&amp;u=2449">RobStewart</a> — 02 Jan 2016, 19:15</p><hr />
