De aansluiting van de radio blijkt Ford te zijn. Ik heb inmiddels een male-female setje gekocht en de boel gesoldeerd. Voila, alles werkt.

Nu zat ik nog steeds met het camera systeem en de (mega grote) display. Achteraf een beetje spijt van mijn voorbarige aanschaf, even kijken of ze het scherm terug nemen. Ik heb een dashboard gevonden waarmee ik een 2din systeem kan inbouwen en daarop de camera's (en ook de carkit, navigatie en telefoondisplay) kan aansluiten. Ik denk dat dat de fraaiste oplossing wordt waarmee ik alle losse schermpjes en draden in één keer kwijt ben.

Ah... de combi van wat land rocer heeft en wat je op ebay vind had ik gemist.... waarschijnlijk omdat ik niet gewend ben dat je buiten de landrover parts aanbeveelt

Maar land rover levert dus wel een kabel van iso naar hun radio, maar niet die van hun stekker naar een iso radio??

The 2.2 Puma has a large multi plug for the Radio Harness. There must be an additional cable plugged into this that then plugs into the back of the Radio. In the above case this is for an Alpine unit which uses a non ISO standard plug.

To fit the Parrot it has a set of ISO connectors that sit between the cable and the Radio but it assumes that your radio has ISO connectors.

So you first need a conversion harness that goes from the Land Rover multi plug to ISO, which I posted in my previous message and then the parrot harness and then an ISO to Alpine harness which can be found here http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/like/20129881 ... ue&ff13=80 for example.

Ik had het over de ebay link en over je verhaal.... waar ik na je laatste opmerking nog steeds moeite heb om te volgen welke stekker aan welke kabel zit

... you didn't read what I wrote Roger, we have 2 cables one from the Land Rover Harness to ISO and then also one ISO to Pioneer which is the same as the Alpine unit. So you can put the Parrot in between the ISO plugs.

ja... dan kun je de parrot op de auto aansluiten.... maar nog steeds niet aan de radio

... yes there are several plugs and connectors, the main harness has a single large multi pin plug and on the factory fitted Alpine unit this then has a jump cable attached that fits. Now we fit aftermarket Pioneer units to vehicles that come with no factory fitted unit but these are supplied with an ISO converter cable which has the same connector as the alpine unit at one end but doesn't fit the Land Rover harness, so we have a custom factory made conversion harness which goes from the Land Rover multi pin plug to ISO which allows us to fit the Pioneer units.

I can ask how much we retail them for and post the details and possibly photos tomorrow.

Defender 2015 2,2TdCi: Radio-carkit aansluiting

Sinds vrijdag ben ik de gelukkige eigenaar van een defender 130. Af fabriek is daar een Alpine radio ingebouwd. Na speuren en wroeten heb ik de stekkers gevonden. De situatie: er zit (ik vermoed een standaard) Landrover stekker mer een verloop naar de Alpine radio.
Ik wil daar mijn Parrot carkit op inbouwen, maar die is uitgerust met ISO stekkers die tussen de bestaande iso stekkers moet wordt gemonteerd (maar die sitten er dus nie..). Weet iemand of er een verloopkabel bestaat? Googelend kom ik er achter dat er 3 verschillende stekkers kunnen zijn toegepast in een defender...
