... so Coert, what did the dealer say ?

My diagnosis path from this would be a battery test using the Midtronics approved tester, from that you would have a print out which would give you Voltage, Actual amperage, Battery ampage, State of charge and whether or not it was a "Good Battery", "Charge and Retest" or "Replace Battery", oh and the tester is coded to your VIN number too

Anything under 12.5v is a "Charge and Retest" and you will have either the original 950Ah Wet battery or if it has been replaced then the 800Ah AGM battery in there.

I would also log the date code stamped into the -ve terminal of the battery.

After that I would run a test on the charging circuit under no load and full load and would expect somewhere in the region of 14,35v on both.

I would also be looking at testing continuity on pins 1 to 3 on Connector C2581 and C2582.

Then I would connect it to SDD and do a full fault code read out and print the results for you too, most of the symptoms given would log fault codes.

From that it would then be easy to give you a solution to your problem. If it's of any help then this is common problem.

Rob
Statistieken: Geplaatst door RobStewart — 26 Feb 2015, 23:45

Beste LandRover-liefhebbers,

- ABS lampje brand continu

Coert
Statistieken: Geplaatst door coertkok — 26 Feb 2015, 22:59
