OK, bedankt voor de informatie.
Dus bij het demonteren verlies men toch koelvloeistof?
Slangen afknellen?
Sommige teksten in de aangeleverde pdf, zijn technisch onduidelijk.
Bv.het middenpaneel van de secundaire schutboard(1), is waar je tegen aankijkt achter de motor?
Ook zal de aanvoerbuis van lucht, die over de motor loopt, verwijderd moeten worden.
bij punt (6) klem de koelslangen vast: bedoeld wordt: klem de koelslangen af.?
(8) afsluitdoppen bij verwijderde slangen,ter voorkoming dat er wat invalt.
(8,11) en gooi onderdeel weg?

Veel vragen maar je wordt er wel wijs van.

You can just remove the EGR klep, however having done that I can assure your that getting to the 4 bolts that hold it to the koeler is interesting and also the EGR klep has a coolant channel running through it so you are going to loose coolant when you split them anyway. So in my humble opinion is to save yourself the bother and take the whole assembly off.

Is het nodig, volgens de beschrijving, om ook het koeling gedeelte de leidingen los te halen, als je alleen bij de klep moet zijn ivm. te hoge melding op de uitlaatgas recirculatiesensor via EOBD meting?

... if you open the bonnet, remove the black cover on the top of the engine, then look on the top you will see the pipe covered in the protective sock going from the front to the rear. The EGR klep and cooler run the whole length of the engine between the shutboard and the block under a silver heat shield and it's a pain in the arse to get to.

Oh and if you are thinking of replacing it, you might need this ... and on a good day it will take you 2.3Hours and a couple of fingers
