In the centre of the plastic rivet (MWC9918PMA) there is a pin which you will just see, normally I tap this inwards with a thin centre punch until it falls out, it will rattle down the inside of the eyebrow and eventually drop on the ground so put a bit of card or something underneath so you can see where it goes. You can then pull the rivet straight out.
