Laro Joost schreef:
... is dat nog ergens in te stellen?

Not sure how much documentation you have, but you should have loosely assembled the wheel boxes and cable and then checked the operation of the wipers, you can do small lateral adjustments with the cable and you can also play with the spindle on the motor. Once everything is ok then you can tighten them up.

I have attached the relevant sections of the Workshop manual below.

Ruitenwissers.pdf

Ruitenwissermotor.pdf

Rob

gr. Normally it's the white park switch on the top of the motor itself, Part Number 520160. It's where the wires go into the motor but actually it's a switch that then connects to the motor, this holds the current on the motor until it gets back to the park position then cuts the power.

The fact that the motor has just been replaced is no guarantee that the switch will work, they can be temperamental

Just a thought, when you say they work normally, do they just stop in the position they are in when you turn them off or do they always stop in the same position, just not at the bottom of the windscreen ?

Rob

groeten,
Joost
Statistieken: Geplaatst door Laro Joost — 29 Dec 2013, 22:54
