inderdaad met het verwijderen van de verdeler is de as met het tandwiel van de oliepomp zichtbaar en kan naar beneden worden getikt.

The pump drives off the bottom of the distributor, so you mark the distributor body in relation to the timing case, pop off the 9/16th bolt that holds the clamp in there, pull the distributor and then tap the pump shaft down through the bottom. (see diagram). Don't forget when you re-assemble it to get the shaft the correct way round and make sure you pack the whole of the pump with Vaseline to prime it.

olie pomp V8 tandwiel vast

Ik ben bezig met de olie pomp van mijn 3,5 V8 van een 110 uit 85. Na een dolgedraaide bout eindelijk de kap eraf. Nu wil ik de tandwiel met as eruit halen, het eerste stukje gaat goed maar na ongeveer 3 cm zit de as muurvast. Weet iemand of ik nog ergens iets moet losdraaien oid??
