So you can move the stangetje 2mm laterally but cannot move it longitudinally (up and down). So refer to the Technical Bulletin and 2mm laterally is normal.

in the exploded view it is part 11 that a can moven l/r about 2 mm by hand.
up and down is lockt not moveble by hand

"and it is supposed to move freely". ( about 2 mm?)

Yhe heatshield is not moving/ratteling

That is the actuator arm of the Turbo (see below No 11) and it is supposed to move freely. Are you sure it is that that is rattling as it's normally the heat shield that rattles and I see yours has a split in it (to the left of the red circle) and the top mounting bolts normally fall out.

In fact the biggest problem with the actuator arm is that they rust solid (see Technical Bulletin below)

Heren (en misschien ook dames),

Misschien dat een van de techneuten dit herkent.
Al een tijdje op zoek naar een rammeltje uit het motorgedeelte.
Vandaag iets gevonden wat ik niet 123 kan thuis brengen,

een foto zegt meer dan 1000 woorden dus hoop dat jullie het herkennen en ook weten of de speling daar normaal is.
de foto's zijn genomen vanaf de rechterzijkant van het motor compartiment.
Het rode cirkeltje geeft het onderdeel aan. Het "stangetje" zit met ene borgklipje aan boven en onderzijde vast en daar zit een paar mm speling in.
Het gehele "stangetje kan je flink heen en weer bewegen in de speling van de asjes.
