Ik ben blij dat ik het dan ook even los gehaald heb, want in die smurrie viel gewoon niet fatsoenlijk te werken, en zat ook heel de kop onder,
dus komt het ook op het uitlaatspruitstuk, dus een meur van jewelste.

Daar is niet veel voor nodig. Olie plakt, dus alle zand, stof en modder die daar voorbij komt koekt meteen aan tot een mooie prut. Ik zeg dat die slang de oorzaak is, maar ik heb al te vaak gezien dat iemand een nieuwe pomp wou monteren terwijl een simpele slechte aansluiting de oorzaak was.

Dit was dan zeker zweet van vanaf 1985, want het was me een bende.

bedankt Rob en Franc,
Ik kon het zo even niet voor de geest halen, omdat er nog een beugel aan zit en de poelie, maar dit moet hem wel zijn.
De aansluiting waar de slang met slangklem opgaat, zit naar beneden gemonteerd, dus wijst naar de grond.
Ik weet wel dat de vorige eigenaar bij elke tankbeurt ook het potje vd stuurbekachtiging heeft bijgevult, want
het is een en al koek van zand en olie. Op zich een voordeel, want wat daaronder zit, roest in elk geval niet, en
gaan de bouten en moeren aldaar altijd moeiteloos en zonder wd40 los.

So you have the later reservoir and I suspect then the later pump.

If so then the pump leaks where the pipe from the reservoir joins the pump, try tightening the clip, the reservoir leaks on both pipes again try tightening the clips and finally the pump leaks on the drive shaft and all you can do is replace the pump you cannot service it.

Ik zie 2 metalen resevoirs in die pdf files, en de mijne heeft een kunststof potje.
Verder gaat er van dat potje een slang met een gewone slangklem naar de pomp.
De andere aansluiting op de pomp is met die wartel die je in de pomp schroeft.
Een foto kan ik pas morgen weer maken, omdat hij hier 10km vandaan staat.

Wacht eens even, bij mij zitten er geen banjobouten op. Met de retourleiding bedoelde ik de aanvoerleiding van van het resevoir afkomt,
en die zit met een gewone slangklem op de pomp. De andere aansluiting is een wartel die aan de slang vastzit en in de pomp geschoeft word

The banjo bolt is No 7 in the diagram attached. There is a Seal Kit for all the items No 8 in the diagram this is part number ABU7142 and the 2 rings either side of the banjo bolt No 9 are part of kit ABU7145.

Bedank rob, weer wat geleerd. Wel een rare constructie. En wat een gedoe om die pomp er af te krijgen zeg!

Mijn RRC is een grote olieboot aan de onderkant, en dat schijnt dan vd pomp vd stuurbekrachtiging te komen, dus heb ik die losgehaald,
alleen was het zo'n smeerboel waar de teerzanden in alaska jaloers op zijn. Ik weet dat dit vaker voorkomt, maar waar ligt dat dan aan?
Gewoon aan de dikke retourslang?
Verder moest ik ook wat bouten verwijderen vd wterpompbehuizing, en daar liep gewoon koelwater uit, en dat lijkt me ook niet normaal.
Is dan binnenin het huis dan de pakking weggerot of het alluminium?
Ik heb het nog niet losgehad, want daar ben ik niet mer aan toegekomen, vandaar ik het hier vraag.
