Hallo allen,

Heb inmiddels het startrelay vervangen en hij start nu gellukig weer. en hij wordt ook niet meer heet

The fact the start relay gets hot when trying to start him/her is not a good sign, the 2.25P engine requires almost zero effort to spin it over, (try it with a starting handle and you'll see what I mean) so I would check that the engine turns freely. You happen to mention the timing, so do you suspect it's off and is it trying to fire too early so creating a downward force on the up stroke ?

Volgens mij is het afstellen van de ontsteking nog vrij recent aan bod geweest.... zoekfunktie al geprobeerd?

krijgt ie brandstof, krijgt ie vonk?

Series 2a startproblemen

Hallo allen,

Ik heb een probleem met men series 2a. Hij wil niet meer aan slaan (startmotor draaid uiterraard wel).
En by the way het startrelai wordt gloeiend heet als je hem een paar keer probeert te starten.
Ik wou ook proberen om zelf onstekingstijd af te stellen. Maar dat is niet echt makkelijk volgens mij.
Misschien dat jullie mij hierbij op weg kunnen helpen?
