I have now updated the Defender Onderhoudscontroleformulier '83 t/m '94 to a Dutch version which also includes the 200Tdi. I also have managed to put together a 51 page instruction book for the same covering everything you needed to know about servicing any Defender from that period. The Onderhoud Menus also are now in place for all the 'Modern' Vehicles, I will update the 'Older' vehicles in the coming days.

300Tdi schema ?

It's the omgevingsluchtsensor but as most 300 Tdi's don't have that (well not the pre '99 ones) just ignore it. The later fly by wire Tdi's did have one

Hi S@rif,

Theoretically you change the swivel housing grease at 160k so it's 2x STC3435 one shot grease or 0.7l of EP90 (yes those were the days) hence the need for 2x 230511 which are the washers on the swivel housing drain plug

The intercooler oil is a good one, I don't think it means that you have to drain the oil in your intercooler and re-fill it with fresh oil (although you never know with Land Rover) What it is is 1ltr of locally sourced intercooler cleaning fluid for a complete flush of the system.

Dank je Rob, heel handig voor mijn 110 TD5.
Alleen een vraagje: in deze lijst staat onder de regel met stuur olie (0,7) een regel met 'intercooler olie (1,0)'. Wat is dat voor olie? Als er olie in de intercooler zit moet dat er toch juist uit?

As an aside Piet, as you have a 2.5NA 109 then the Onderhoudscontroleformulier '83 t/m '95 in the Defender section will be of some use too.

I'll put a vervangen distributieriem 2.5 NA / 2.5TD one up there and add the full instructions for the vervangen distributieriem 200Tdi / 300Tdi

Both that one and also Onderhoud : Series II/IIa en III Onderhoud Schema. However it was not tagged to the Series III only the Series II. It should be available now.
