I understand what you are saying Roger and it for me is a problem for us the enthusiasts, a long time ago Heather used to sell Land Rover Workshop Manuals, including the ones that weren't published by Brooklands Books, RAVE came along, everybody and his dog got it and that was that, Land Rover responded by stopping all printed material, the CD's were also stopped and everything is now via secure web interfaces. You wouldn't believe how different the RAVE version of the old manuals are to the constantly updated on-line versions.

If it helps the odd question then I'll post it.

jajaja...voor jou als insider, lekker warm dicht bij de kachel wellicht yesterday, yesteryear.... maar voor het modale publiek is er weinig anders beschikbaar

RAVE darlings is soooo yesterday infact soooo yesteryear

I don't know which windscreen you have, there are two, the 3 wire is ex MOD and the Left and right are independant of each other the central wire is massa. The two wire is civillian and I have attached both the schema and description (in dutch) so you get the idea.

There are 2 relays, one a normal one the other an intelligent timer relay that requires a feed from the oil pressure switch (the engine has to be running for the front screen to come on)

Any questions about part numbers etc, just ask

Klopt schema heb ik op de rave wel gevonden maar de aanknooppunten kan ik niet terug vinden.
In de rave kun je globaal terug vinden maar niet waar de bestaande bedrading in de auto gekoppeld zit.

volgens mij liggen de kabels niet volledig klaar (bij de puma van Edward is het door de dealer ingebouwd en daar ligt ook een relais met niet originele kabels voor de voorruit verwarming...

schema staat gewoon in RAVE....

Verwarmde voorruit Defender td5

Ik heb een verwarmde voorruit gekocht en wil hem orgineel aansluiten.
Ik heb de schakelaar al gemonteerd op de stekker in het middenconsole maar kan in het schema niet terug vinden waar waar de aansluitpunten zitten die ik nog moet aansluiten.
Ik vind overal wel zekeringen en een relais maar het zit nog niet aangesloten.
Wie wil/kan mij aan een schema helpen.
Misschien is er meer vraag naar zoek ik het gelijk allemaal uit.
